  The team at the five guys at cardigan fields are great and they have amazing customer service. I actually remember a few of them from the Leeds city centre branch and they were great there too! The burgers and fries of course are also great. The new rewards app has also added a sense of loyalty so I’ll definitely be visiting again.

  Why will a milkshake take over an hour to get delivered? The delivery time kept shifting from past 9 to almost 10:30.. This is absolutely frustrating

  Inside kirkstalls 'Cardigan Fields' retail park, Five Guys is my go-to for burgers. A little pricey, but I'd rather spend the extra on decent food than McDonald's cold chips and luke-warm burger meat. Staff have always been friendly with me in the 6 or so times I've been. Plenty of car parking spots due to the retail park. Pretty fast wait times too, often times I'd say even faster than other fast food chains. Get the Cajun fries over 'five-guys-style' and you won't be disappointed!

  Expensive poor quality food and ingredients Approximately £25.00 for a grilled cheese in a burger bun plus some very sad grilled veg on a burger bun with dry over cooked chips and a not so nice milkshake. If you want a decent milkshake try legends. 5 guys We went on a recommend from someone who had been to a different 5 guys and had enjoyed the experience. Sadly Our 1st and last visit Expensive for what it was a soulless experience. It probably better for others But sadly was truly awful for us.
